What You Receive
Documentation prepared for the record
Session logs
Time-stamped entries with exact quotes of what was said. Observations only, with no opinions or recommendations.
Incident reports
Completed within 24 hours of any incident, documenting what occurred and the action taken.
Attendance and cancellations
A record of every scheduled session, including late arrivals, cancellations, and no-shows.
Report Use and Limitations Statement
Attached to every release, setting out the factual nature and limits of the records provided.
Our Neutrality
Who pays never affects what is written
Fees are set in a written schedule and applied the same way for every case. Whether a parent pays, and which parent pays, has no bearing on what is observed or recorded.
Records report observations only. They contain no custody recommendations, no characterizations of either parent, and no conclusions about parenting capacity.
Records Requests
Released only through proper authority
Records are released only by:
- Court order
- Valid subpoena
- Proper written authorization
Requests from a parent alone are not sufficient authority for release. Send records requests to our office by email or in writing.
